The objectives of the evaluation are threefold. Firstly, the study aims to examine the principle of accessibility in public buildings, exploring the theoretical and conceptual foundations that underpin inclusive design practices. It was originally designed to serve the bells primary and secondary school and as such its facilities and standard and not adequate for the university, hence the need for a study to ascertain the deficiencies and provide a solution. The study was carried out using primary data sources, secondary data sources and graphic and photographic data sources. The sites visited an analyses as appropriate, case studies were also carried out via visits to similar institutions with outdoor sports centres. Users of outdoor sports centres were also interviewed. This population ageing can be seen as a success story for public health policies and for socio- economic development but it also challenges society to adapt. This research paper has identified the architectural needs of the people that will facilitate their individual well-being in terms of access, heath, space, security, dignity and social interaction and also ensuring that a safe and reliable system is put in place in order to secures a bright future for the increasing population of the aged in the country. This was done by site visitation to the elderly to obtain information from key stake holder and user of existing facilities. This involved selected case studies of old people's home, facilities which are rather similar in character to the proposed old people's home. Also, secondary data collection was carried out and this involved the review of the existing but relevant literature like the following: Book in the library, journals, magazines, Newspaper articles, online web information, past research works, published and unpublished works among others. I.The study examined the impact of core competencies on competitive advantage in pharmaceutical industry in Lagos State, southwest, Nigeria. The broad objective was to investigate the effect of core competencies on competitive advantages in pharmaceutical industry looking at toothpaste brands. Managers, at various levels and other employees in five pharmaceutical companies were selected using simple random sampling. A sample size of 182 from a sample population of 333 managers and other employees of the selected pharmaceutical industry was used for this analysis. The collected data for the study was analyzed using descriptives statistics. Alabi A. S.Sports participation is growing day by day and it is verified through various research by scholars. Users of sports academies/facilities have limited functionality and no open spaces to carry out these sporting activities. This study looked into current state sports academies/facilities, improving sporting activities by improving sport facilities and examined the characteristics of the users perception of the functionality of spaces in football academics in the study area and designed a functional football academy. The study carried out thorough quantitative analysis, structured interviews and taking of photographs of the study area for detailed evaluation. The finding in the study showed that users of sports academies/facilities were unhappy with the overall standard of the sports academy. P.As a form of recreational activities, casinos offer a variety of games, which includes gambling, card games, and slot machines amongst others. The casino centers or building is prone to crowd. The study aimed at the implementation of crowd control strategies in the design in Wuye, Abuja, Nigeria. The specific objectives are to identity the available crowd controls strategies in casinos; examine the effectiveness of crowd control strategies adopted in casinos in Abuja; determine the effect of crowd control strategies in casinos and propose a casino in Wuye, Abuja that will employ effective crowd control strategies. The data analysis technique adopted are content analysis, descriptive analysis, and architectural design. From the analysis, the study revealed that crowd control strategies identified are; signage, provision of entry and exit points, audible alarms, visual alarms, floor direction, and restricted areas. In addition, the study indicated that crowd control strategies adopted in the casino are effective. The aim of the research looked at evaluating the fashion production factories, with a view of optimizing spaces and functions for SMEs modular fashion production units. This study carried out research in Taeillo furniture, Enyimba Shoe company, Gredeyer shoe factory. OpokoMost public buildings in Nigeria have ignored fire safety culture and practices, which has led to a rise in the in the number of fires in the country. The purpose of this research is to evaluate fire prevention and control procedures in a sample of public buildings across Nigeria. Users of a subset of public facilities in southwestern Nigeria's Ogun State were handed comprehensive questionnaires to achieve this end . The data analysis revealed that the bulk of the highlighted fire protection equipment is either not there, is inoperable, or is not being used by the building's tenants. Residents of the building were found to have received insufficient education about fire prevention, first aid, and egress protocols. When there is an abundance of natural light, people tend to use commercial buildings the most .Designing for daylighting requires a through understanding of daylighting strategies since illumination is crucial in an area like an automobile centre. The aim of this research is to assess daylighting in selected automobile centers in Southwest Nigerian .To achieve the aim and objectives of the study, questionnaires were distributed at random to building construction profession (including architects and town planners), building users and employees at automobile centers in the study area.
