Abstract
Agriculture is a branch of the economy in Nigeria, providing employment for many citizens of the country. The sector is being transformed by commercialization at the small, medium and large-scale enterprise levels. In the 1960s, before it turned to oil, Nigeria was one pf the most promising agricultural producers in the world. Between 1962 and 1968, exports, well ahead of Malaysia and Indonesia, and exported 47 percent of all groundnuts, putting it ahead of the united state and Argentina. But its status as an agricultural powerhouse has declined, and steeply. These problems has put the country into serious economic downfall which resulted to low rate of employment, the problem of unemployment is a major setback to the country's integrity and rendered the highest population of the country's youth unemployed. this has catapulted also into serious issues of bandits and some other thugs whose idealness leads them into serious frustrations, thus making them fearlessly brutal; in the act of killing, causing crisis,kidnaping ,cattle rustling, and even engaging into terrorist act like Boko Haram, among other bad habits exhibits by the unemployment are robbery ,oil vandals, and street begging. An organization which is set to be an institute for the learning will be proposed to be knowns as INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURE, ABUJA .
