Abstract

A city's visual identity can be greatly impacted by high rise buildings because of their distinctive aesthetics and history. Missed use development and community involvement are given top priority in new urban-ism which combines various land uses into a single building.. In mixed use development, design zoning is essential to ensuring smooth transitions between spaces and effective use of amenities. This strategy encourages seamless transitions between residential commercial and recreational areas and fosters a feeling of connectivity. High-quality multipurpose facilities must be developed to improve land use due to land scarcity and cost.Due to a lack of space in cities and metropolises, tall buildings are rapidly expanding and providing uniform stability and security benefits. These structures are essentials to contemporary urban design because they have more structural elements and building components than other buillding types.Mixed-use high rise structures are essentials combine residential units with commercial activities by combining living areas on the upper floors with commercial areas on the lower floors.
