Abstract

A city's visual identity can be greatly impacted by high rise buildings because of their distinctive aesthetics and history. Mixed use development and community involvement are given top priority in new urbanism, which combines various land uses into a single building. In mixed-use developments, design zoning is essential to ensuring smooth transitions between spaces and effective use of amenities. This strategy encourages seamless transitions between spaces residential, commercial and recreational areas and fosters a feeling of connective. High-quality multipurpose facilities must be developed to improve land use due to land scarcity and cost. Due to a lack of space in cities and metropolises, tall buildings are rapidly expanding and providing uniform stability and security benefits.
