    The study determined the effect of brand awareness on customer purchase invention of users of skin care products. specifically, the study determined the effect of brand image, brand attachment and brand equity on customer's purchase intention in two local government areas attachment in Lagos state, Ikeja and Agege. the Researcher adopted a descriptive research design known as quantitative descriptive design. The instrument of research design was questionnaire for the collection of data, with a sample size of one hundred and sixty (160) participants, and an equal questionnaires distributed to eighty copies each of the two local government area as stated above.

    This study examined the impact of e-commerce on customer satisfaction among students of some selected universities in Lagos state. The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of e-pricing, web accessibility, reliability and security on customer's satisfaction. The research explored descriptive and inferential research as survey research design was used. Primary data was used. A total of 450 questionnaires was administered and 427 retrieved from 100 level students in the university of lagos, Lagos state.

    Impact of Performance Appraisal on Employees Productivity.

    The performance appraisal is one of the most important human resources action and outcomes. Based on this, this study is designed to investigate the impact of performance appraisal on employees productivity- Zenith Bank Plc Enugu, Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design of ex-post facto type was adopted. Questionnaires as a method of data collection were distributed among 110 bank employees that were randomly selected. The participants were randomly selected to participate in the study. Cronbach Alpha method of reliability was used to ascertain the reliability of the questionnaire 9impact of performance appraisal = 0.86; Key elements of Appraisal= 0.77

    The relationship between personnel planning (career, progression, of the job training, and on the job training) and organizational performance was explored in this research. This descriptive survey research design in the study. The study's data was mostly gathered via the use of a scandalized questionnaire, a convenience simple strategy was employed to pick 133 respondent from a population of 200. Data were analyzed using descriptive statics such as percentage and mean, as person product moment correlation, to access the study hypotheses.

Data were collected from primary sources using a questionnaire survey, administered to employees of Nestle Nigeria Plc. The manufacturing site is located in Ogun State (Agbara and Shagamu).

The study adopted descriptive survey research design. data for the study was sourced primarily with the aid of a structured questionnaire. convenience sampling technique was used to select 232 respondents from a total of 550 population. to test the research hypothesis, data was analyzed using descriptive statistics including percentage and mean, as well as inferential statistics such as multiple regression analysis.

    Multi-Storey Car Park Complex Warri [An Archtectural Tool For Auto-Mobile Space Management]

    Warri is an oil city, located in Delta State, the southern region of Nigeria. Vehicular transportation routes in the city have been highly compromised by illegal on-street parking and this has rendered accesses to places of business very difficult. Through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to citizens situated in the problem area, it was deduced that the cause of vehicular congestion was due to illegal on-street parking and the result from the questionnaires indicated that an appropriate solution would be the implements of a multi-story car park facility. In order to aid the design of an adequate and functional Multi-story parking facility, a census of vehicles parked along major access roads per hour during weekdays was recorded and the study of the Multi-story car park at Ikoyi, Nigeria and the Murtala Mohammed Domestic Airport Multi-Story car park were carried out. Parking Facilitates should be an amenity to be given to citizens just as good roads, light and water are given.

    Customer relation management (CRM) is a strategy to attract, develop and retain customers by managing their information well and ensuring efficient services which will boost the organizational image. the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of customer relationship management and organizational image of telecommunication service providers among employees of private universities in Ado-Ota, Ogun state. The study also investigated the effect of customer satisfaction, examined the effect of service delivery, and assess the effect of knowledge management on organizational image of telecommunication service providers among the employees of private universities in Ado-Odo Ota Local Government Area of Ogun state.

Data for the study was sourced primarily with the aid of a structured questionnaire. the convenience sampling technique was used to sample 203 employees from a total population of 410. to test the hypothesis, data was analyzed using descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, and standard deviation as well as inferential statistics product moment correlation matrix.
