Item Metadata only Gender Discrimination and Performance of Female Employees in Selected Private Universities in Ado/Odo Ota Local Government area, Ogun state, Nigeria(Bells University of Technology, 2024-08-06) ONWUEGBUNA, Godness Nneoma; Dr onifade, T.A.This study examined the impact of gender discrimination on performance of female employees in selected private universities in Ado/Odo Ota local government area of Ogun state. Specifically, the study examined the influence of discrimination in managerial roles on the performance (task performance) of female employees in selected private Universities. To achieve the stated research objectives, a quantitative survey research design was adopted as a research objective, a quantitative survey research design was adopted as a research design, and a 25-item structured questionnaire was used as the research instrument for data collcetion. The target population comprised of 404 female employees of selected private universities in Ado/Odo Ota local government area. The sample size of 200 females was determined using taro Yamane formula. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics (Mean and Grand mean) and inferential statistics (Simple Linear Regression).Item Metadata only Effect of Risk Audit As A Project Risk Management Technique On Quality Performance of Building Construction Project In Nigeria(Bells University of Technology, 2024-02-12) ASADE, Lukman Adekunle; Dr. A.O. AdeoduThe study the application and implementation of project management practices in achieving and enhancing product quality with the investigating of Nestle Nigeria Plc, based on the specific objectives of identity product defect inherent, quality. defects on production quality and quality assurance tools impact on product quality. Survey research design involving qualitative and quantitative data collected through stratified and simple random sampling techniques was used 287 and 332 questionnaires from internal stakeholders and customers were used, coupled with 37 and 18 from suppliers/vendors and regulatory authorities.The differences in project management techniques was determined by Chi-Squares, logistics regression analysis was used to analyse the possible effect of project management practices on size and complexity of products and multiple regressions was used to establish the effect of project management practices on product quality.
