dc.description.abstract | This study examined the impact of land administration on housing delivery which has hitherto been confined to some of the functions of land administration and not the four functions of land administration.The aim of the functions of land administration and not the four functions of land administration. The aim of the study was to assess the impact of land administration on private housing delivery with a view to providing information on how to improve it. This study hinged theoretically on Land Management Paradigm theory to accomplish these objectives and hypotheses, the study undertook a systematic random questionnaire survey of 140 out of 1400 Real Estate Developers (REDAN) in Lagos metropolis, while 25 questionnaires were distributed to the entire Developers (REDAN) in Lagos metropolis while 25 questionnaires were distributed to the entire REDAN members in Port-Harcourt metropolis. Also interviewed, were heads of land administration agencies. Statistical tools ranging from descriptive to inferential were employed. Findings revealed that the land administration agencies do not exchange data and documents in the study areas. | |
