dc.description.abstractThe main objective of the study is to assess the impact of knowledge management on organizational performance in the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON). The research work identified the challenges in installing knowledge management system in management development institute (MDIs); it assessed the effects of knowledge management on employee efficiency and also investigated the relationship between knowledge management and organizational effectiveness; all with a view to assessing the impact of knowledge management on organizational performance in ASCON. Survey research designs also known as descriptive statistics was adopted. Primary data was used for the research. Fifty (50) questionnaires were administered to ASCON staff. Forty-eight (48) were correctly responded to, while two (2) were defective.
