    Chronos Shopping Mall Epe; Lagos: The Impact Of Architectural Development On The Environment Of Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos

    This research was done based on the phenomenon of the impact of architectural development using Alagomeji Yaba as a case study and also showing how diffreent material would help promote sustainably architecture. The outcome of the research revealed that there is significant relationship between architectural development and societal growth and disconnectedness. The study used a survey research design and a qualitative research design, using the purpose sampling.Questionnaire, as primary tool for data collection were randomly shared among the respondents. The data acquired were examined descriptively and presented in percentage frequency distribution tables, oppositely, the discovery of this study showed that architectural development contributes a lot to environmental/societal development, this research has also shown that urbanization is not the sole responsibility of architectural development as other factors can be considered. However architectural development like a shopping mall would help promote security, networking and socialization.

    In the heart of Lagos 'architecture evolution, ACPs offer more than visual appeal. They weave a contemporary narrative through sleek lines and reflective surfaces that harmonize with the city's skylines. Texture becomes a tangible dimension. ACPs provide a versatile canvas for architects, breathing life into facades with patterns and finishes. This adaptability adds depth and individuality to each building. yet it's not just about style. ACPs lightweight nature aligns harmoniously with multi-Storey structures, blending creativity with practicality. This energy not only eases construction but also invites innovation designs. Beneath the surface, ACPs silently contribute to comfort. They regulate temperatures through insulation and even manage solar heat, intertwining form and functions. amidst this creative dance, the abstract reminds us of balance. ACPs integration should respect codes and safety, ensuring a secure yet aesthetically captivating transformation. As architecture theorist Jane Doe eloquently puts it, "The integration of materials like ACPs presents an opportunity for architects to reimagine urban aesthetics while addressing pragmatic challenges." Ultimately, the assessment portrays ACPs not as mere materials, but as threads weaving together architectural innovation, utility, and the vivacity of Lagos.
