Manpower Planning and Organizational Performance in Frieslandcampina Nigeria, Lagos State.

The relationship between personnel planning (career, progression, of the job training, and on the job training) and organizational performance was explored in this research. This descriptive survey research design in the study. The study's data was mostly gathered via the use of a scandalized questionnaire, a convenience simple strategy was employed to pick 133 respondent from a population of 200. Data were analyzed using descriptive statics such as percentage and mean, as person product moment correlation, to access the study hypotheses.
