dc.description.abstractEffective project management practices have been used to accomplish successful completion of major construction projects such as road rehabilitation, road construction, road maintenance, and other projects to ensure better environment. However, a number of projects have been completed with problems and issues that includes cost over-run, delayed completion time, and poor quality with overall effects on client' satisfaction. These problems raise questions as to what extent would certain project management practices enhance project success.
