The need to globally attain adequate shelter for all, due to the housing crisis remain one of the global problems and a rising challenge facing both urban and rural residents. the challenge is even more severe in developing economies with high population such as Nigeria, where the government has tried a variety of housing initiatives to help address the challenges but to relatively very little effect.
