Efffect of Environmental Challenges on Organisational Performance in Nigeria Telecommunication Industry (MTN NIG. PLC. And Globacom)

This study examined the impact environmental challenges on the organisational performance in Nigeria telecommunication industry. It examined external business environments such as legal environment, technological environment and economic environment and their impacts on organisational performances. Data were collected from primary source using questionnaire administered to employees of the selected telecommunication companies (MTN Nigerian PLC and Globacom Network) in Ikoyi and Victorial Island Lagos State).
