Organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticides, used illegally in the storage of cowpeas by traders and famers has serious nutritional and health implications. There is paucity of data on effective ways of eliminating these pesticides. therefore, this study aimed at investigating the effects of processing method on the pesticide residues content of cowpea seeds at investigating the effect of process methods on the pesticide residues.
