    Analysis of Residents Activities and Predictors in Housing Environments Within Ibadan Metropolis, Nigeria.

    Residents home activities and house designs are interconnected, as the designs of a home can significantly impact the comfort, functionality and efficiency of the activities that takes place within it. Against this backdrop, this study examined how housing environments impacts residents activities in Ibadan, the administrative capital of Oyo State in Southwestern Nigeria. The research investigated the socio-economic and housing characteristics of residents activities, interconnections and influential factors shaping these activities. This study drew samples from the entire population. The study area was delineated into planned and unplanned residential neighbourhoods for data collection using a multistage sampling method. With aid of a systematic sampling technique, 1764 copies of the questionnaire were administered to household member drawn from 323 houses to e;icit information on their socio-economic and housing characteristics, as well as their activities in their housing environment.
