    Conflict Management Strategies and Employee Morale in Selected Beverages Companies in Ogun State.

    This study investigated the impact of conflict management strategies on Employee morale in beverage companies at Agbara industrial estate, Ogun state, Nigeria. Four beverage companies were selected, and a descriptive survey research design was used to establish the association between conflict management strategies and employee morale. Population for the study comprises of Managers, senior staff, junior staff of the four selected beverages companies in Agbara Industrial estate, Ogun state Nigeria. A sample size of 350 respondents was selected through Taro Yamane for calculating sample size. Primary data were used for the purpose of collecting information for this research work and the instrument that was used as questionnaire. The study found that conflict Management strategies had a significant impact on employee morale in the beverage companies.
