    Impact of Supply Chain Risk Management on Organizational Performance: A Study of Selected Pharmaceutica Companies in Ota, Ogun State.

    The study examined the impact of supply chain risk management on organizational performance: a study of selected companies in Ota, Ogun state. The objectives of the study were to ascertain the influence of demand forecasting on organizational performance; determine how inventory management influence organizational performance and ascertain how risk management affect organizational performance. The population of the study was made up of pharmaceutical companies Ota, Ogun state. The study made use of survey research design, which made it easier to employ a structured research instrument. 248 copies of the research questionnaire were retrieved and found careful of the study. Findings revealed that supply chain risk management had an impact on organizational performance. The study concludes that effective risk management; practices help companies navigates uncertainties such as supply chain disruptions and regulatory changes, ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and financial protection.
