(Bells University of Technology, Ota., 2022-08-09) OLAWUNMI, Oluwatomisin Joseph; Arc. I. Akande and Arc. T. I. Oke
A brand may be defined as the notion or picture that people have in mind when they think of a company's unique products, services, and activities, both practically and emotionally. (Jin, Yoon, & Lee, 2019) Electronic sports (also known as e-sports) are a type of video game competition . E-sport are usually an organized multi-player video game, events between professional players, either individually or in team (Garcia-Lanzo, Bonilla, & Chamarro, 2020 ). Although organized tounaments have long been a feature of video game culture, they were primarily between amateurs until the late 2000s, when professional gamers began to participate and spectatorship of these events via live streaming skyrocketed. The study assessed how commer5cial buildings can be branded in Nigeria with a view to design a gaming centre that will create an identity in Lekki.
