    Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Public-Private Partnership Delivered Housing in Ogun State, Nigeria

    In many emerging nations, particularly those where the population and urbanization rates are constantly increasing, the availability of adequate and affordable housing remains a significant concern. Despite the introduction of Public-Private partnerships (PPPs), this weakness still exists in the housing sector and progress is being made slowly. This study's primary goal is to assess the economic, social and environmental factors that determines the sustainability of PPP homes constructed in Ogun State. Residents of housing provided through (PPP) projects were surveyed using a close-ended questionnaire to gather data. Data collection for the study was done using the survey method. The respondents were chosen through the use of random and multi-stage sampling. Mean rating, factor analysis, and crammer's V test were used to analyze the quantitative data. The study submits that the majority of the apartments surveyed which represents 449(50.7%) have two bedrooms, 317(35.8%) have three-bedroom apartments while 109(12.3%) of the buildings as responded by the participants have four bedrooms and fewer number of them representing 10(1.1%) have more than four-bedroom apartments.
