    School of Architecture, Bells University of Technology Innovative Strategies Towards Functional Architectural Studio Design

    This study look at the architectural design studio using a phenomenological, qualitative approach. The architectural design provides the creative framework for students to explore the motivations, techniques, contexts, constraints and opportunities that inform design inquiry the studio has an important role in architecture education. Architecture students tend to do more learning and activity in the studio than in the generally classrooms. To support these activities, it is important for making the studio comfortable in accordance with its function. These aims to increase the concentration of students who will affect the level of student productivity. The prospective ideas on the innovative strategies towards a functional architectural studio through the spatial configuration, the lighting strategies and the ventilation strategies in Bells University of Technology would be elaborated property in their respective chapters. A pilot study was carried out to inquire about the design phases and cross-disciplinary techniques to establishing a functional architectural studio.
