    In the construction industry, all professionals work hand in hand, in a process starting from the land surveyor to the architect to the quantity surveyor to the builders and structural engineers. Hence synergy is of importance to help improve teamwork. Also in a learning environment, accommodation is of importance because the student need a place to rest after a hectic day of taking lectures or other various activities. Social activities have always been an integral part of any educational institution throughout the history of mankind. He is therefore required taking part in various form of social and recreational activities since time immemorial.
