    Housing is a necessity which everybody clamors for irrespective of social and income status, but due to financial constraint not everybody will be able to have a shelter on their head. Inadequacy in housing affordability have a glaring negative effect on the lifestyle, wellbeing and productivity of the citizens a income of most low- and middle-income households in the country is too low to support the construction of buildings within shorty or medium life span.
