It is a common knowledge that global warming is becoming more severe universally and poses very big risk to man. Influx to the urban centre has caused uncontrolled growth, overpopulation, clustered environment. elimination of natural elements; lakes, streams, trees, clean air. Bioclimatic design is an important strategy toward achieving sustainable building. Through the implementation of bioclimatic concept in buildings, energy demand can be reduced leading to increased users satisfaction. The modern world building scene tends to depend more and more on the economic climate as well as the geographical climate itself, as none of the major players in the construction game can afford to ignore current conditions and dismiss logical solutions that can drastically cut the impact on the environment as well as the exploitation costs. A mixed-use development is a real estate project with planned integration of some combination of retail, office, residential, hotel, recreation or other functions. It is pedestrian-oriented and contains elements of a live-work-play environment. Mixed-use developments are characterised by their 'live-work-play' facilities and amenities in a single development. Individuals and families can choose housing options for short and long term accommodation: commercial establishments are available for shopping or working; and services and amenities are accessible for recreation and entertainment.
