The study employed survey research design which was facilitated by the use of a structured questionnaires. The study population was 360 employees from 6 selected pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Ota, Ogun state, which was selected using stratified sampling techniques. 350 copies of questionnaire was successfully retrieved and analyzed, while 10 could not be retrieved. Person product Moment correlation was used to test al research hypothesis, using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). Data was gathered using descriptive statistics (bar chart) and inferential statistics (tables and percentage) was utilized for the study.
