Against this backdrop, this study examined how housing environments impacts residents activities in Ibadan, the administrative capital of Oyo State in Southwestern Nigeria. The research investigated the socio-economic and housing characteristics of residents activities, interconnections and influential factors shaping these activities. This study drew samples from the entire population. The study area was delineated into planned and unplanned residential neighbourhoods for data collection using a multistage sampling method.
