The selected money deposit banks included Access bank, Diamond bank, Guaranty Trust bank and Zenith bank. The specific objectives of the study were to examine the extent to which knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge application and knowledge protection influenced organizational performance in the selected money deposit bank in Lagos state, Nigeria. Also, the research question and hypotheses were raised to guide the study. Organizational performance was investigated in the area of custom er satisfaction, market share expansion and new product development. The study made use of primary and secondary source of data. A well- structured research questionnaire was used as an instrument to gather information from the respondents as well as the various banks annual report for a period of three years (2017-2019) which were analyzed to determine the extent of the various banks, market share expansion, Purposive and simple random sampling techniques were used to collect information from 263 respondents comprising 113 bank staff and 150 customers of the banks. Both descriptive and inferential statistical designs were applied. Regression analysis and analysis variance (ANOVA) statistical tool were used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance.
